Gemma Dawson
Gemma has been practicing Osteopathy in Whitstable and across Kent and Sussex since 2008 following graduation from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone. During her time in clinic Gemma has developed an interest in using Functional Technique and Cranial Osteopathic Technique, which is a gentler form of treatment that takes into account multiple different aspects of health.
Gemma has also undergone further training for an area of interest in Women’s Health including Pilates Pre and Postnatal, Mummy MOT and many other osteopathic courses to support women through different aspects of their lives. Outside of the treatment room Gemma was a part of a campaign to improve better Postnatal Care with local campaigner Lyanne Nicholl and has been consulted for Lyanne’s book Your Postnatal Body.
Having trained in Pilates using methods inline with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) as well as teaching regular classes over the last 10 years Gemma incorporates the Pilates Technique in her treatment process.
Gemma works closely with other clinicians at Clinic 124 and throughout Kent to insure that the patient receives the best treatment to improve their overall wellbeing. In recent years Gemma has worked with Myofunctional Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Katrina Rogers and Specialist Dentist, Aoife Stack for combined sessions at Clinic 124. These are available by request.
Away from Osteopathy Gemma spends her time with her 3 children and husband they all enjoy the outdoors walking and cycling. Don’t get Gemma started talking about horse riding as your ears will not get a rest- she is a very keen horse rider!

Rio Eaglestone
Rio graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone. Her fascination with anatomy and how the human body works led her to become an Osteopath.
Rio has a specific interest in using alternative methods in place of modern day medications where possible. She believes in a holistic approach to health and the use of lifestyle change to optimise wellbeing. Rio uses varied treatments for patients, depending on their needs, and the management is tailored to the individual person. These treatments include cranial osteopathy, visceral and soft tissue massage, as well as articulation and manipulation.
She has a particular interest in sports and sports injury and has had specific training within a sports clinic during her university studies.
Rio has always been an active sports woman, meaning she is familiar with the longevity and limitations of the body. In her spare time she enjoys looking after her two horses, going to the gym, cooking and spending quality time with friends.
Morgan Skinner
Morgan has always been passionate about understanding how the body works and how small changes can make a big difference to everyday wellbeing. That curiosity led Morgan into osteopathy, where a thoughtful and patient-focused approach is at the heart of every treatment.

Morgan has also completed additional training in sports massage, kinesiology taping, acupuncture, dry needling, and cupping.
