Pilates provides a structured framework of movement to help strengthen, lengthen and stabilise the body, and can be adapted to suit a wide range of abilities and goals.
What Is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on controlled movement, posture, breathing and core stability. Exercises may be performed on a mat or using small equipment, depending on your needs and preferences.
Pilates can support rehabilitation, improve posture, aid recovery after injury and help prevent future problems.
